Meet Claire Muller – Holistic Skin Therapist at Ease Wellness

We’re so happy to welcome Claire Muller to the Ease Wellness community.

Claire is a deeply intuitive and thoughtful skin therapist whose approach goes far beyond surface-level treatments. With a background shaped by travel, time living in France, and a lifelong pull toward holistic health, Claire brings a grounded, mindful presence to her work — one that honours the connection between skin, lifestyle, nervous system, and overall wellbeing.

Blending advanced skin therapies with a calm, nurturing approach, Claire supports her clients to work with their skin rather than against it. Her treatments are designed to restore balance, build long-term skin health, and create space for clients to slow down, reconnect, and feel cared for.

In this Q&A, Claire shares her journey into skin therapy, her philosophy on holistic health, and the simple daily rituals that help her stay grounded — both personally and professionally.

Claire Muller - Holistic Skin Therapist at Ease Wellness

Q: Can you tell us a little about yourself and your background? I’m Claire. I’ve lived in Sydney for most of my life, but I’ve also spent time living in France, where I have family — an experience that really shaped how I see the world. I’ve travelled extensively over the years, and those experiences opened my mind to different ways of living, healing, and caring for ourselves.

I’ve always felt drawn to holistic health and wellbeing, and over time that naturally led me into skin therapy and yoga. For me, these practices are deeply connected — both are about balance, presence, and supporting the body’s natural ability to heal.

Q: What is your area of expertise, and what services do you offer at Ease Wellness?

I work as a holistic skin therapist, focusing on treatments that support the skin’s natural healing and balance rather than quick fixes.

At Ease Wellness, I offer skin needling, herbal peels, LED light therapy, and personalised skin treatments. Every session is tailored to the individual, with a strong focus on long-term skin health and overall wellbeing.

Q: What do you love most about the work you do?

What I love most is seeing the shift in confidence that happens over time. Skin can have such a profound impact on how we feel about ourselves, and it’s incredibly rewarding to support someone through that journey.

I also love creating a space where people can slow down, feel supported, and take a moment just for themselves — something that feels more important than ever.

Q: Who do you most love to work with?

I’m especially drawn to working with people who are looking for a gentler, more mindful approach to their skin. Often, these are clients who’ve tried many things in the past and are now seeking something more supportive, sustainable, and aligned.

I love working with clients who are curious about their skin and open to learning and understanding it more deeply along the way.

Q: What can someone expect in a first session with you?

The first session is calm, unrushed, and very personalised. We begin with a thorough consultation so I can really understand your skin, your concerns, and what you’re hoping to achieve.

I explain everything as we go, and your treatment is tailored specifically to you. Most people leave feeling calmer, more informed, and with a clear plan and sense of direction for their skin moving forward.

Josie Holt. Passionate about supporting children and helping them to thrive.

Q: Why do you feel a holistic approach to health is so important?

This is something I feel deeply connected to, both personally and professionally. I have an autoimmune condition (Hashimoto’s), and my own journey has shown me how important it is to look at the body as a whole.

By focusing on gut health, lifestyle changes, and holistic support, I’ve experienced a real improvement in how I feel overall. That journey has strengthened my belief that true healing happens when we support the whole person — not just one symptom — and it strongly informs the way I work with my clients.

Q: What does being part of Ease Wellness mean to you?

Being part of Ease Wellness feels very aligned. It’s a warm, supportive space where collaboration and genuine care are truly valued.

I love being surrounded by like-minded practitioners and being able to support clients within a wider, integrated wellness community.

Q: What inspires you most in your personal life?

My yoga practice is a huge source of inspiration — it keeps me grounded, present, and connected. I’m also inspired by travel, nature, slow living, meaningful relationships, and simple daily rituals that support wellbeing.

All of these elements help me bring a sense of calm and intention into both my life and my work.

If you’ve been craving a more mindful, supportive approach to your skin — one that honours the connection between lifestyle, nervous system, and long-term skin health — Claire offers a calm, intuitive space to slow down and reconnect. Her treatments are thoughtfully personalised, deeply restorative, and focused on working with your skin, not against it.

We’re so grateful to welcome Claire to the Ease Wellness community and know her gentle, holistic approach will be deeply felt by those who work with her.
