Lemon Collagen Energy Balls

These delicious balls of goodness will give you the energy and nourishment you need to help fight the flu!

Lemon Collagen Energy Balls


  • 3 cups of nuts*

  • 2 cups shredded coconut

  • 2 lemons+ zest (optionally add 5 drops of edible lemon essential oil instead of zest)

  • 1 1⁄2 cups of dried fruit (eg. apricots, cranberries)

  • 1 Tbs chia seeds

  • 1 Tbs hemp seeds (optional)

  • 1 Tsp turmeric

  • 1 pinch of sea salt

  • 2 scoops Designs for Health Whole Body Collagen

* We recommend macadamias or cashews.
