Practitioner Spotlight: Meet Christine Safi, Holistic Wellness Coach & EFT Practitioner

We’re delighted to welcome Christine Safi to the Ease Wellness community — a compassionate and intuitive Transformational Wellness Coach who supports women to reconnect with themselves, restore balance, and heal at a deep emotional and nervous system level.

Christine brings a unique blend of lived experience, professional training, and heartfelt presence to her work. With over 15 years in holistic health and wellness, she supports women who are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, burnt out, or disconnected from themselves to gently return to a place of clarity, calm, and inner strength.

Her approach is deeply holistic, recognising that true healing happens when the mind, body, emotions, subconscious patterns, and energy system are all addressed. Christine combines evidence-informed counselling skills with modalities such as EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), NLP, Timeline Therapy, Reiki energy healinghypnotherapy, mindfulness, meditation, and her signature Combined Therapy Cocktail (CTC) breakthrough sessions — creating a safe and supportive space for meaningful change.

Tanja Samardzic to Ease Wellness — a Psychotherapist, Counsellor, and Certified Sandtray Therapist

Q: Can you tell us a little about yourself and your background? I’m a Transformational Wellness Coach, Reiki Master PractitionerHypnotherapist, EFT practitioner, NLP and Timeline Therapy practitioner, meditation facilitator, and counsellor. My background spans over 15 years in holistic health, where I’ve worked with women across many life stages — supporting emotional wellbeing, stress, anxiety, burnout, and personal transitions.

Alongside my professional training, my work is deeply shaped by my own life experiences, including navigating motherhood, business ownership, health challenges, and personal healing. These experiences allow me to meet clients with genuine empathy, understanding, and compassion.

Q: What is your area of expertise, and what services do you offer at Ease Wellness?

My main area of expertise is women’s emotional wellness, nervous system regulation, subconscious healing, and energetic balance. At Ease Wellness, I offer one-on-one sessions including:

  • EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques)

  • Inner Child Healing

  • Parts Integration

  • Hypnotherapy

  • Reiki energy healing

  • Combined Therapy Cocktail (CTC) breakthrough sessions

  • Mindfulness and meditation-based support

  • Emotional regulation and mindset coaching

These sessions are especially supportive for women who feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve them and are ready to create change. Many experience anxiety, overwhelm, or constant worry, and often place their own needs last. This work helps them slow down, reconnect with what matters most, and move forward with greater clarity and ease.

Q: What do you love most about the work you do?

What I love most is witnessing the moment someone reconnects with themselves — when things begin to make sense and they gain a deeper understanding of what they’ve been carrying. Supporting clients to feel calmer, more grounded, and more empowered in their inner world is incredibly meaningful to me. I deeply value creating a space where people feel seen, heard, and safe enough to heal.

Q: Who do you most love to work with?

I especially love working with women who give so much to others and have forgotten how to prioritise themselves. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, emotional exhaustion, or a sense of disconnection from who they truly are. They’re often insightful and capable, but feel stuck or overwhelmed — and they’re ready to create change in a gentle, supportive way.

Q: What can someone expect in a first session with you?

A first session is about connection, safety, and understanding. We take time to explore what’s been going on for you emotionally and in your life, without rushing or pressure.

From there, we gently work with the body, subconscious, and energy system using approaches such as EFT, Reiki, or mindfulness. I am always guided by what feels most supportive for you. Sessions are trauma-informed, client-led, and paced with care.

Q: Why do you feel a holistic approach to health is so important?

Because we are not just one thing. Our thoughts, emotions, nervous system, energy, and life experiences are deeply interconnected. A holistic approach allows us to work with the whole person rather than just symptoms, supporting deeper insight, regulation, and long-term wellbeing.

Q: What does being part of Ease Wellness mean to you?

Being part of Ease Wellness feels very aligned for me. I value the clinic’s commitment to whole-person care, collaboration, and creating a nurturing environment for both clients and practitioners. It’s important to me to work in a space that honours gentleness, integrity, and authentic healing.

Q: What inspires you most in your personal life?

I’m inspired by growth, self-reflection, and meaningful connection. I value mindfulness, meditation, time in nature, and ongoing learning — both personally and professionally. I’m continually inspired by watching women reconnect with their intuition and inner strength, which reminds me why I do this work.
