Ease Wellness is excited to be running a series of FREE wellness workshops in at the Little B.I.G. House in Summer Hill.

Our Life by Design Workshop Series has been created to empower you with practical strategies to connect your mind and body, overcome obstacles and obtain a greater understanding of yourself so you can live life intentionally.

Hosted by Peak Performance & Wellbeing coach, Jen Lewis and Kinesiologist, Katherine Anderson; these FREE self care workshops deliver empowering concepts and provide the opportunity to learn practical techniques enhancing your level of self care and overall wellness.

Although Life by Design is a series of workshops, they have been designed to be experienced as stand alone workshops, therefore you need not have attended the previous workshop in order to enjoy current ones. Feel free to join us on any part of the journey.

August Workshop

Workshop #4:
Focus & Productivity - Creating Time, Energy & Boundaries

Are your attention, energy, and time being spent in the right places? Or is it chewed up by things that don’t serve you mentally, emotionally, and physically?

Is the digital overstimulation you face on a daily basis keeping you on a hamster wheel, blocking your ability to focus and create a life of happiness and fulfillment?

Time and energy are our most precious commodities, yet sometimes we are unaware of how and where we spend them. But did you know that creating healthy boundaries can free up at least one hour every day? Just imagine what you could do with an extra glorious hour in your day?

In this fourth Life by Design series workshop, we explore the choices we make in this modern dopamine-fuelled world and how they limit the way we live our lives.

Join us for this FREE 90-minute self-care workshop and learn how to:

  • Move from unconscious energy expenditure to conscious choice of where you spend your time

  • Create mental space and reverse the busyness your brain has become all-too accustomed to

  • Set healthy boundaries and regain time and energy where it matters most
     

Further exploring the exciting space where Neuroscience meets Kinesiology, you will leave this workshop with strategies to help you experience an abundance of time, energy, and presence - gifting you the ability to choose where you spend your valuable time.

Workshop #3: Investigating Stress to Build Resilience

Are you living life in a reactive mode more than you would like?

In this third Life by Design series workshop, we deep-dive into our relationship with stress providing the opportunity for you to free yourself from the mental load of daily life.

Join Peak Performance & Wellbeing Coach, Jen Lewis, and Kinesiologist, Katherine Anderson; for this FREE 90-minute self-care workshop and learn to objectively assess your stress so you can:

  • move from unconscious reactivity to conscious response

  • create mental space so you can choose to respond to stress skilfully

  • learn techniques to reverse stress in the moment
     

Further exploring the exciting space where Neuroscience meets Kinesiology, you will leave this workshop with a new relationship with stress, equipped with new tools for resilience.

In this second Life by Design series workshop, we deep-dive into the origin of perceptions and explore how they shape our life’s experiences.

  • explore and challenge negative belief systems that are holding you back

Life by Design Retreat

We invite you to join us from on the 4th, 5th & 6th of November 2022 for a weekend of relaxation, rejuvenation and reacquaintance, where we deep dive into the importance of enhancing the connection between your body and mind.

Held at Life at Springfield - a stunning 20-acre estate in the beautiful Southern Highlands - you can take a deep breath of country air whist we share life changing concepts and techniques that  heighten your level of self-awareness, upgrade your brain and tangibly regain time back into your busy life.

During the retreat you will:​

  • be expertly guided through a series of science-backed self-care workshops with a group of likeminded women
